BISCUIT: 1 pouch Popeyes Cajun Biscuit Mix (enclosed) , 1 Cup Cold Water, ½ Stick (4 Tbsp.), Softened Butter, ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese CAJUN SEASONING: 1 packet Cajun Butter Seasoning, ½ Stick (4 Tbsp.), Softened Butter

BEFORE YOU START: Pre-heat oven to 400ºF and prepare a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or butter. 1. MIX water, ¹/2 stick of butter, cheese, and biscuit mix in a bowl and gently combine until butter is well dispersed and a soft dough forms. Do not overmix. 2. SCOOP dough into 10 portions, about 3 tablespoons each, onto baking sheet. 3. BAKE 18 minutes or until golden brown. 4. MELT ¹/2 stick of butter in a microwave safe container, add Cajun seasoning packet, and mix until combined. 5. BRUSH the Cajun butter on freshly baked biscuits & enjoy! *Do not eat raw dough. Please bake fully before enjoying.
